Going from Plugo's page, there were 2 forms of raptors...I wanted to portray that they're (the clothed faction I now called the Morloggs) not the only 'factions' out there...
The raptors (as Plugo mentioned as Scavengers by the Morloggs) could be considered the 'good guys' in this case??? Hmmm...
